A digital caliper is a great tool to take measurements. Being a digital tool is awesome, because you just have to look at the LCD to see the results. There’s no need to manually read the measurements on the scale.
The caliper takes measurements in inches and mm – toggle between units using a pushbutton. It has a measurement range of 0 to 6” (0 to 150 mm) and measures outside, inside, step, and depth. This digital caliper has some really nice features. For example, it allows you to set a zero at any position within the measuring range. It has a large LCD with big numbers for easy reading. It also comes with one extra backup battery.
